To live with sound health leading a DISEASE-FREE LIFE is a dream of every man. From time immemorial he has been trying his best to explore each option to defeat diseases either through discovery of new medicines/surgical procedures or genetic therapy, but has failed in all his attempts.
Diseases do Exist & Men do Suffer. Realizing this fact, he now aims to develop modalities to reduce sufferings by providing better health-care facilities at doorsteps within shortest possible time, with minimal interventions and minimum expenditure. And the concept of Digital Health, signals a new Ray of Hope for such an endeavor of Man.
Being in the remotest place, deprived of basic amenities like road connectivity, worried about availability of doctors and adequate life saving medicines/ equipment at the local hospitals, scared of lengthy queues, huge expenses prior to any definite diagnosis & the shocking bills of the multi-specialty hospitals in Towns/Cities, doubtful of getting timely attendance by the appropriate physician, any man would hesitatingly accept suffering from diseases and prepare himself to face the consequences their of, blaming his/her Fate right at the village, instead of stepping out and seeking any medical assistance.
Thanks to our Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi ji, with launch of Digital Health program under the banner of Digital India Initiative on 1st July 2015, the persons sitting in any village viz. Motu(Malkangiri), Raighar (Nabrangpur), Th.Rampur(Kalahandi), Bileimunda/ Kinjirkela (Sundargarh) in Odisha, or anywhere in North-Eastern states far away from Towns/Cities feel empowered, for exploring "n" number of healthcare options just within reach of their fingertips, such as,
For this one needs an uninterrupted access to good quality network coverage, a telephone/ smart-phone or a computer with webcam and basic technical knowledge regarding their operation.
The patient will judge every minute information, online regarding available facilities at any hospital from an economic perspective, attitude of the treating Physicians & other staffs, compare feed-backs from other treated patients and select the Best one. There'll be competition among healthcare facilities as well as individual Clinicians to offer genuine services at reasonable prices and thus reducing chances of medical fraud & unnecessary medical expenses.
Hope, Digital Health helps infuse optimum degree of Professionalism back into the healthcare system, reviving the trust of common Man.
Rainy season brings happiness to our life as it makes the earth cool after scorching sun rays during the summer. In this season people tend to drink coffee/tea or a bowl of soup. Many people love to go out and eat street food. We all know that there is definitely a rise in various borne diseases (i.e Malaria,Dengue,Diarrhoea,Typhoid,Hepatitis etc.)
1. Avoid foods from roadside Stalls - During this season, it is advised not to consume fast food and the snacks from the roadside stalls. This can give rise to infection in your digestive system.
2. Stay away from stagnation - During rainy seasons, stagnant water will be very well available. It is always advised to throw away the water inside the unused tank, flower pots as well as water coolers.
3. Do not drink water from outside - Since water borne diseases are quite common during the rainy season, try not to drink water that is not purified.
4. Prevent flu & Cold - Try to keep yourself clean as much as you can. Clean your hands frequently and thoroughly. Have more Vitamin C intake such as orange juice. This will reduce the severity or duration of cold as it activates the antibodies in your body.
5. Hair Care - Monsoon is the time of humidity which creates itchiness on the scalp. It is recommended that warm coconut oil massage will help to get rid of itchiness. If there is dandruff in the scalp, massage with neem oil. Prevent the hair from getting drenched in rain, but if does happen it is best to shampoo the hair as soon as possible and then dry them. Monsoon season demands a conditioner after a mild gentle shampoo.

This is not about life at work.
This one is about living at work place.
I have no designation.
I have no deadlines.
I am the broom.
I am the board room.
My breakfast is at the mercy of the morning staff,
lunch with the co-founder,
dinners- I choose to gate crash.?
I switch roles.
the boss, the manager, the care taker,
salesman, fitness trainer, interior designer.
I hire. I fire.
I make rules. I make laughter.
When I look for a life to catch up.
I see I have stopped being myself.
I have become the start up.

Phone Call to Doctors.
Patients always call to doctors in emergency, for follow up consultations & second opinion. The goal of consultations with doctors over phone is to direct the caller to the appropriate level of care or service in a safe and timely manner in combination with providing self-care advice and direction. Doctors over phone here are creating a healing relationship through 1) attending to (listening), 2) maximizing patients' control over disease, and 3) providing comfort and connection through the voice (rather than touch). Doctors here can detect and document significant changes in the patient's condition, perform pattern recognition and matching, anticipate problems, and formulate treatment strategies.
E-Mail to Doctors.
Patients usually send the scan copies (Electronic Medical Records) of his/her reports through email where doctors analyze the report & give the recommendation. E-mail consultations are only for second opinion. Patients prefer to have second opinion, when they want to know the treatment or diagnosis made by the first doctor is right or wrong. Patients' relatives residing in cities or abroad also have email consultations for second opinion with the best doctors around the globe.
Chat with Doctors.
In India, there are many start ups have started chat-with-doctor service and named it as "Whatsapping with Doctors". In the same time medical societies are setting guidelines on physicians' use of social media. Some of them are like physicians should not give medical advice online to non-patients, online and digital communications between physicians and patients should conform with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the standards of professional behavior, Physicians should not become too friendly with patients on social media, because to do so might lessen their ability to offer good medical advice offline.
